In a calm setting, facing due South, the exceptional location of this house will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature (Rocher de Saignon, Mourre Negre), while relaxing on its pleasant terrace.
This lovely house with a swimming pool offers:

- A very pleasant stone pool house fitted with a kitchen area (oven, hob, fridge, crockery) and a wet room (shower + WC)
- A heated swimming pool from September 2021 (10x5, depth from 1m to 2m,
- open from April to end of October) secured by a roller shutter and fitted with a 125 m² terrace and sun loungers.
- A gas barbecue is at your disposal
- A parking area with 1 charging point for electric vehicles.
