Located on the first floor without a lift in a residence at the foot of the ski slopes, this 28m² mountain holiday rental comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with two single bunk beds, and a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.

The residence is located in the hills above Praz-sur-Arly in a residential area. The village centre is about 1.8 km away, and the ski slopes are about 1.5 km away by road and about 200 metres away via an unmarked off-piste route. The swimming lake, open in summer, is only 2 km from this mountain rental.
You will have a private parking space and a private ski locker. The flat has a north- and west-facing balcony and direct access to the ski slopes (via an unmarked off-piste route).

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.

Pets are accepted for an additional fee of €39.
