This beautiful villa is located between the Centre and the tip of Cap-Ferret, surrounded by pine trees, it has direct access to the ocean from the garden. You can enjoy the charms of the pool by staying in this fully equipped house. The exterior can only seduce you with its different terraces. The forest surrounding the house is without limit (the land is not fenced). The proximity of the shops, beaches and the peace of the environment make it the main asset of this villa.

The house has 4 very bright bedrooms with new bedding of hotel quality this year, a warm living room, a dining room surrounded by bay windows overlooking the terraces. The kitchen, completely renovated in 2022, is equipped with hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a drying machine and a Nespresso machine that will allow you to delight the whole family. On the terrace a recent high quality plancha will be at your disposal.

Two bathrooms with shower and sink (the first on the ground floor, the second on the mezzanine). The terraces are the major asset of this villa, well oriented and equipped with sunbathing you can spend pleasant moments.

Bed size: 2 beds in 140, 4 beds in 80 with possibility to make 160 beds.

We can rent bicycles if you wish subject to availability.
