🏢 This beautiful flat consists of:
- a well laid out living room to relax and have convivial meals;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a flat screen TV,
- a master bedroom with a 2nd television,
- a closed cabin and a mountain corner,
- a bathroom with bath.

🛌 The flat has 3 sleeping areas :
- Mountain corner separated by a curtain : 2 single beds
- Cabin separated by a curtain : 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- Master bedroom: 1 double bed

🔋You have a garage with an electric charging station. 🔋

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as televisions, kitchen equipment (induction hobs, hood, Senseo coffee maker, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliances, etc...).

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.


Cleaning costs are extra.
The flat can accommodate up to 7 people (no extra charge).

We do not accept pets.

**✓ Interaction**
The entrance to the premises is autonomous with access to a key box: you will receive all the access information the day before by email and you will check-in by phone with our concierge service. You will be able to contact the concierge during your stay if you have any technical needs or advice and they will come to you if necessary.

**✓ Its location:**

📍 The flat is located in the Quartier du Vieil Alpe, residence Les Chalet d'Ysalis in the heart of the resort at 150 m from a ski lift departure and the Tourist Office.
The flat is ideally located 100m from the Tourist Office, the bus station arrivals and 2 ski lifts that lead to the 2 ski departures.

The little plus for skiers: you have direct access to the telecentre which leads you to the slopes and the return journey is on skis. You also benefit from a ski room with boot warmers!

🚌 Getting around:
A network of free shuttles will allow you to get around the resort: lines A and B are served. The residence is located near the PAGANON stop for the lines coming from Bourg d'Oisans.

🚗 The little plus for cyclists and cars: you have access to a secure double garage with an automatic door and electric socket for recharging your bike or electric car.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
