The apartment is located in an old building facing this famous esplanade, Le Cours Saint Pierre. Its assets are numerous : the charm of its stone walls, an atypical layout conducive to conviviality, its pretty private courtyard in a quiet area for summer evenings. With a total surface area of 89 m2, on the ground floor, it is arranged as follows: The first door opens onto a private courtyard decorated with a few plants and equipped with garden furniture. In front of you, the entrance door: corridor, on the right, a shower room then a bedroom overlooking the courtyard. On the left, living room with kitchen separated by a bar, then two bedrooms and separate wc.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people thanks to 2 rooms with 2 double beds (130*190) and one room with two single beds (90X190) that can be easily connected according to your needs. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you can only lay down your suitcases. You will be welcomed on site in a personalized manner by a person from the Cocoonr agency in Nantes who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys. In the heart of Nantes, two minutes walk from the castle and a few steps from all shops and restaurants, public car park (fee required) and transport. You'll be able to stroll around, visit the most beautiful monuments or do a bit of shopping. The Cathedral, the Unique Place, the Lu Tower, the Arts Museum are only 3 minutes away on foot, the Place Royale, the Rue Crébillon, the Place Graslin and its famous theatre are only 10 minutes away. The machines on the island are 3 tram stops away. The City of Congress is less than a mile away.

Transport :
A first tram line (Line 1) is located at the bottom of the street, the other two as well as many buses at two stations. You are 5 minutes by tram from Nantes train station (Duchesse Anne stop) or 10 minutes on foot. It takes about 20 minutes by bus from the train station to the airport.
You can also use the bicycles of the city of Nantes "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).
