The area is quiet and enjoys pleasant natural surroundings. Access may require equipment, either by car or on foot, depending on weather conditions.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchenette opening onto the living room with a single sofa bed and a pull-out bed (70 x 190), a television and access to the west-facing balcony.
