Ground floor and first floor: 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 cribs). Living/dining room with fireplace opening onto the fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom (bathtub) and shower room. 2 WCs.
Ski and bike storage. Terrace. Partially fenced grounds at the rear with a fir hedge. 2 play structures, sandbox, shared ping-pong table.

Electric heating, electricity not included (charged according to consumption: 8 kWh free per day, then €0.25 per kWh thereafter).
