Located 10 km from Brioude, you can enjoy its basilica with its unique paving and modern stained-glass windows, the Maison du Doyenné and its exhibitions, the surrounding castles (Saint Vidal and its entertainment, Domeyrat and its grandiose towers, etc.), and the many restaurants in the nearby villages (don't miss Lavaudieu - one of the most beautiful villages in France - and its cloister).

From the house, you can explore the forest on walks in the shade - or not - or enjoy the hiking trails (2 hours to a full day) that crisscross the Brioude region.

On the Allier River, you can swim, rent canoes or kayaks for refreshing half-days to admire its splendid gorges. The cottage is a beautiful house renovated in 2020 with a large garden and a terrace. Contemporary furnishings.

On the ground floor: a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, food processor), a separate toilet, and a pantry with a washing machine.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
On the second floor: four bedrooms with two single beds.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with a shower room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on each floor.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen (beds made upon arrival) and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied, the trash and dishwasher emptied, bed linen collected in the same place, and the bathrooms must be in a proper state of cleanliness), heating, and electricity, subject to reasonable consumption (16 kWh/day). If the amount exceeds this amount, it must be paid to the owners on site.
