About This Property
Between places of historical resistance and a paradise for sports activities is the Haut-Lignon plateau. Isolated without being, attached to the back of the owners' house, this semi-detached gite which can accommodate 5 to 7 people is located in the middle of a beautiful clearing surrounded by woods.
Nearby: Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops and services, 18-hole golf course, adventure course in the forest, outdoor sports resort, swimming pool) at 5 km, Devesset lake (sailing, pedal boats) at 14 km, plateau Vivarais and Haute-Ardèche 3 km. Two lawned terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day (600 m² unfenced garden with 15 m² shaded terrace to the west, garden furniture and barbecue, a second 18 m² terrace facing east with small relaxation room).
On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with TV giving level access to the terrace on the west side. 4 steps: shower room, separate WC, utility room below (a few steps).
1st attic floor: 1 bedroom fitted out under the sloping roof with 1 140 cm bed and a shower room with private wc, 1 small attic bedroom with 1 120 cm bed. 2 steps: 1 suite with 2 twin 90 cm beds and extra bed BZ .
Services offered free of charge by the owners of the gîte:
- Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, potty, bath, changing table.
- Free Wi-Fi internet access.
- All-inclusive rates including: bed linen, towels, cleaning and charges (within the limit of reasonable consumption (16 kwH/day), oil heating).
