This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and one with a 140 BZ, or even a single bed on the mezzanine and is ideal for 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, big fridge and frozen , dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, dolce gusto, toaster ...
Essential equipment today: WIFI available is included in the price.
You also have a TV and some games for the children. in the bathroom, there is a washing machine available.
On the terrace, you will find garden furniture as well as a table and parasol.
Access is easy, being on the ground floor, there is no step to enter the secure building which is entered by code. To park, you have a public car park in front or possibility along the road.
The hiking and cycling paths along the Côte Sauvage are on the other side of the road.
The long beaches of Les Sables are very close thanks to the ferryman, no need to use the car and look for a place.
At the entrance to La Chaume are Super U, Laser game, cinema and bowling alley.

Possibility to rent sheets and / or towels on request and at an additional cost and beds can be made on request.
Duvet and pillows available.

Possibility of long term rental.
We have furnished and arranged this apartment with care and we therefore want to recover it as it is, the cleaning is at your expense or cleaning fee of 40 €.
