In the Sévigné 2 residence, a pleasant one-bedroom apartment with a private parking space (on Avenue Pasteur) located on the ground floor with a view of the Thau Lagoon and a short walk from the thermal baths. This apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a wardrobe, and a terrace. Amenities include: refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob and extractor hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher, suitable crockery and utensils, television, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sleeps 2-3 people. Electricity consumption is extra and will be charged according to the meter reading (at the rate in effect on the day of arrival). This is a non-smoking apartment and is not wheelchair accessible. Pets allowed. Orientation: Southeast.
