Located less than 15 minutes from the historic heart of Bordeaux by car (parking space at the foot of the apartment), bike or public transport, this apartment is very quiet and bright.

It is designed to accommodate a family of up to three children (including 1 under 5 years).

The apartment is composed of:

- 1 master bedroom with queensize bed + a bed 0-5 years with bars and everything necessary for a baby.

- 1 children’s room with single bed on the mezzanine (many toys and books).

- 1 comfortable single bed in the living room serving as a daybed.

For surfing and beach lovers, it is located less than an hour’s drive from the beaches of Lacanau, the Bassin d'Arcachon and Cap Ferret.

For wine lovers and charming village, it will take you 45 minutes by car to get to the village and the cellars of Saint-Emilion.

The largest district of Bordeaux, Caudéran, also called the "Neuilly Bordelais", has retained a family spirit and a friendly village atmosphere.

Very residential, it is also quiet and ideal for family life: thought as a garden city, the district of Caudéran is composed of individual houses with private grounds and collective housing with parks, squares, alleys and large trees. Peaceful and close to downtown Bordeaux, it offers a beautiful quality of life.

The district includes the famous Bordeaux Park, the largest green space in Bordeaux with its 28 hectares. Inaugurated at the end of the 19th century, it is designed for the enjoyment of all with walking trails, large tree-shaded paths, an animal park, a guignol theater, lakes and wooded areas.
