The residence is 1000m from the resort centre, 1400m from the Super-Châtel cable car and 1500m from the Linga cable car.

For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the apartment.

The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people (160 x 200), a television and a WiFi connection.
The sleeping area comprises
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200) with television, en suite shower room and WC and balcony access
- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed + 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) with television and en suite shower room.

There is 1 separate WC.

The apartment is located on level -1 of this residence with lift.
It has a balcony with garden furniture, facing south/west.
