Our 70 m2 “U SIROCCU” apartment is on the top floor of a completely renovated house with 2 levels.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

There is also a beautiful living - dining room area, with equipped kitchen as well as silent air conditioning, changed in 2024.
The rooms are not air conditioned.

the apartment is equipped with a shower room / WC and washing machine.
There are no outdoor terraces.

⚠️ Our shared swimming pool is accessible between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. without supervision.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
No possibility of eating or having an aperitif there.

🚗 No private parking, possibility of parking a vehicle downstairs or just nearby in the neighborhood.

Household linen not provided: Package €15/person including 2 bath towels/bath mat/sheets/tea towels. On demand

The residence is located 5 minutes walk from the town center, shops, marina, train station and beach.
