The Cocoonr Agency offers you this 35 m² apartment located in the heart of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) of a small residential building. It provides all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. Cleaning is included, and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, dishcloths) is provided. Your bed will be made upon arrival.

Transport:

If you’re arriving by car, please note that public parking is paid in all streets of Intra-Muros as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

• Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (2 km – 30 min walk or bus line 2)
• Nearest airport:
• Dinard Airport – 25 min by car (direct flights to London in 50 min)
• Rennes Airport – 70 km (Rennes St-Jacques)
• Ferry terminal: 5 min walk, with ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey

Additional Information:
• For safety reasons, the windows can be slightly opened but not fully, as there are no railings.
• Bed linen and towels are included.
• The TV signal via terrestrial antenna may be unstable.
• The apartment is not officially adapted for people with disabilities, but depending on the level of mobility, it may still be accessible.
• Free WiFi available.
• End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing and storing dishes or taking out the trash.
• Adjacent apartment available: Another apartment on the same floor can complement this one, with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed (see the listing “Le Brasier” for more details).

Check-in options:

You can choose between:
• Self check-in: Collect the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the train station, 30 min walk or 5 min by car from the apartment. The closest bus stop to the Keycafé is “Sécurité Sociale” (lines 2 and 8).
• Personal check-in: A Cocoonr team member will welcome you at the apartment, give you a tour, and hand over the keys.

Nearby attractions:
• Bon-Secours Beach (Porte St-Pierre) with its seawater pool and sailing club
• At low tide, you can walk to Grand Bé Island to see Chateaubriand’s tomb
• Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance

Things to do:
• La Demeure de Corsaire (Rue d’Asfeld) – a historic mansion partially open for visits
• Explore museums, the cathedral, and the city walls with guided tours available at the Tourist Office (Porte St Vincent)
• From Place St-Vincent, catch buses to different areas of Saint-Malo or hop on the tourist train for a historical guided tour

Located on Rue de l’Orme, also known as “Gourmet Street,” you’ll find:
• Bordier’s butters and cheeses
• Babas de Saint-Malo (a local pastry specialty)
• Fresh seafood at Guinemer fish market
• Excellent restaurants like Breizh Café, Le Cambusier, and L’Absynthe

Important Notice:

Roadworks are currently in progress on Rue de Dinan until 28/03/25, which may cause daytime noise and make access to the apartment difficult with luggage.
