The property is located 20 mins from San Giminiano, about an hour from Siena and Florence, and 40 minutes from the sea. Pisa Airport is 45 mins away.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (one in its independent annex), 2 bathrooms, several terraces with furniture, a barbecue area to dream of, a breathtaking view of Volterra and its typical Tuscan hills.

The private swimming pool is at your entire disposal and has a travertine sidewalk and a solar shower (dimensions 4.5x9 m)
