We rent our 140m² house in a quiet, wooded area of Bayonne, 5 minutes from the historic centre. It has 4 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 shower rooms and 3 WCs.

Fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave. Laundry room, lounge and dining room, flat-screen TV, Internet fibre, wifi.

The terrace is pleasant and discreet, with a table, benches and seats. It is accessible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. It overlooks a pleasant garden planted with trees.

You can park 2-3 cars in our car park within the property.

Private wooded park 50 m away.

Numerous services nearby: farm, bakery, wine cellar, pharmacy and shopping centre 5 minutes away by car. Beaches of the Landes or Anglet 15 minutes away.

Trambus stop of T2 line 100 m away, and n° 4 bus line 300 m away.

Easy access to the centre of Bayonne (Baiona), capital of the Basque Country. It's a dynamic town at the heart of a fast-growing conurbation.

We prefer to rent to families. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like any further information or if you would prefer particular periods not included in the calendar.

For the peace and quiet of our neighbours, we do not rent out during Bayonne fairs or festivals.
