Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you La Barque, a comfortable house ideally located in a quiet residence just 500 metres from the beach. On the ground floor, the house has a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area and a shower room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a second mezzanine with a single bed. Outside, a charming 17 m² terrace is fully equipped for summer evenings!
Private parking space on site. Disposable pillowcases and undersheets. Air conditioning.

Ground floor:
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen: filter and pod coffee machine, fridge with freezer, airfryer, oven, hob, dishwasher, electric griddle, washing machine, etc.
- Shower room with WC

First floor (fully air-conditioned):
- A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
- Access from the mezzanine to a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm
- A second staircase leads to a second mezzanine with a single bed

Outside :
- A beautiful 17 m² terrace, furnished with a table, 4 armchairs, a parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!
- Solar-powered outdoor shower
