It benefits from a large terrace to enjoy your beautiful evenings and admire the sea view of the Lérins islands and the Esterel.

## Access

The keys are collected and made available in an outdoor key box (MasterLock) at the LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES

A basement garage with a maximum height of 1.66m is available. Parking is done at an angle.

Please note: The swimming pool in this condominium is open from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of September/beginning of October. We are not able to know the precise dates. If the swimming pool is essential for you, please ask us directly and expressly before making any reservation. We also remind you that during your stay the swimming pool may be closed for a few days for maintenance which is not our responsibility. No refunds will be taken into account in the event of closure

##Neighborhood

A famous seaside resort appreciated by writers, but also by artists like Picasso, Antibes is essential for its beaches and its summer weather.

The city has the largest marina in the Mediterranean and benefits from an ideal geographical location between Cannes (10 km) and Nice (20 km).

Neighboring towns are easily accessible: a network of buses and trains provides services to Monaco, Cannes or Nice every thirty minutes. As for Saint-Tropez, it is 70 minutes away by boat
