The center of Cannes is 15 minutes walk, 5 more for the beaches.Cannes train station is a 15-minute walk away.

There could be some noise during the day (except Sundays and public holidays) due to renovation work on an apartment in the residence.

Cleaning after checking out is included, however it is asked to empty the dishwasher or wash the dishes, tidy up and to take out the garbage before checking out.
