Apartment of 70 m2 with sea view + a balcony of 10m2 on the 4th floor in a quiet area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a bathroom with a 2nd WC, an equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people which overlooks the terrace.

the residence is closed with an electric gate which gives onto a private car park, a large private swimming pool on large lawns, a children's area and a shaded park.

The beach is directly accessible at the exit of the residence on foot. There is just the road and the bike path to cross.

The two lively centers Eurosol and Torreon are also within walking distance. For walks, the cycle path passes in front of the building for 50 km of secure seaside ride. 15 km were carried out on an old railway line. Awe-inspiring ride!

To avoid carrying too much stuff, tea towels and towels are provided.
The apartment must be left clean.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August and are free the other months of the year.
Arrival after 2 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
the keys are with the caretaker.
