Want to sea? We suggest you take advantage of the island of Oléron for a holiday. This house, which was renovated in 2017, has a capacity of 11 people and is ideal for holidays with a large family or two families.
Right in the center of Brée-les-Bains, all amenities on foot (bakery, butcher, newsagent, mini-market, café, market) and beach.
It has an area of approximately 200 m2, fully fenced and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
Entrance, living room, living room, kitchen with full equipment.
WC
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140 with a bathroom
Cellar with washing machine and dryer
Bike room (accessible from inside and from the street)

Upstairs :
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 160
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 180 or 2 single beds of 90
Bedroom 4: 3 single beds of 90

At the back of the garden:
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed of 160 with en-suite bathroom

Linen optional (see with the concierge) for 25€ par person.
End of stay cleaning included compulsory
In June / July / August, arrivals / departures are Monday to Monday
A deposit (not cashed) of 1500 € will be requested upon arrival
