The apartment is located in a 64-unit residence with an outdoor swimming pool, games for children, volleyball court and a basketball hoop. It is 700 m from the Figuerette beach (8 minutes on foot). It consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob), and a bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed.
