On a fenced plot of 1400m², discover our villa in the middle of the vineyards and take advantage of its large private swimming pool. Quiet and not overlooked, this haven of peace is located 20km from Avignon, 12 km from Orange and 1 hour from the Ardèche sea.
In the heart of Gard Provence, you will be close to the Antique Theater of Orange, the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon, Pont du Gard, Mont Ventoux, Arènes de Nîmes and the vineyards of Chateauneuf-du-Pape . Otherwise, you can simply enjoy the song of the cicadas in the shade of the olive trees or by the pool.
The house comprises on the ground floor:
- a large bright dining room
- a living room
- a fully equipped semi-open kitchen
- a cellar and WC,
all overlooking a large terrace in the shade of a pergola, overlooking the pool area and the surrounding vineyards.
Upstairs:
- a parental suite including a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (high quality sleeping), a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a dressing room
- a bedroom with a double bed in 140
- a bedroom with two single beds in 90
- a bathroom with bathtub
- separate WC.
The upstairs is air conditioned, which allows you to spend the summer nights cool.

We have 3 very independent cats who live only outdoors. We ask our kind tenants to please feed them once a day with the food that we will leave them for this purpose.
