A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, TV, wifi completes the equipment of this comfortable and welcoming Duplex.

This villa will offer you a warm setting all year round for a family and friendly stay.

** Deposit of €2,500.00 by check is required on the day of arrival.
** A deposit by transfer of €1,500.00 is required from tenants who do not have a checkbook.
- Deposit refunded or returned 7 days after the end of the rental.
