This cocoon of character, nestled in the heart of Bordeaux just a stone's throw from the Place de la Victoire, is the ideal address for a stay on your own, as a couple or with friends! You'll fall under the spell of its beautiful 18 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the mild Bordeaux evenings in complete privacy. Completely renovated and carefully furnished, the apartment combines modernity and old-world charm, for an unforgettable stay in the capital of Gironde.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 travelers and is composed as follows:
- A bright living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and direct access to the terrace
- A fully-equipped open kitchen with central island serving as a dining area: fridge, hob, multi-function oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many utensils
- A cosy bedroom separated by a glass roof, equipped with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- A private terrace of 18 m², not overlooked, furnished with garden furniture
- Wifi is of course available and free!

A bit of history:
Place de la Victoire is one of Bordeaux's liveliest and most popular districts. It's the city's student heart, with its medical faculty and numerous bars and restaurants. A lively place, it frequently hosts concerts and events.
At its center stands a monumental obelisk flanked by two giant turtles, the work of Czech sculptor Ivan Theimer, symbols of vines and wine.
Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, don't miss the Marché des Capucins, nicknamed “the belly of Bordeaux”. Here you'll find local produce, fresh oysters, tapas, cheeses and fine wines to sample on the spot.

From the apartment, you can easily explore Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, stroll along Rue Sainte-Catherine (Europe's longest shopping street), discover the museums and wine cellars, or enjoy the many restaurants and markets.
