We offer, in a small residence of 5 apartments, this rustic apartment with exposed beams, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is located a stone's throw from the city center of La Bresse (2km / 5mn), and on the road which leads to the LA BRESSE / HOHNECK ski area (10mn by car), known to be the largest in the East Quarter of France. Little extra, 100m from the apartment, you will find a bus stop, where a free shuttle will take you, during school holidays, to the Alpine and Nordic ski slopes. Very close to the Bol d'Air Aventures Park and the fitness trail, it is also the starting point for the ascent to Lac des Corbeaux, a very popular and recognized site in summer by the Bressaude and tourist populations ... Similarly, you will find in La Bresse, swimming pool, boowling, skating rink in winter, cinema, all shops, restaurants, ... etc.
In this very calm and relaxing area, you have a view of the mountain with a southern exposure.
This accommodation is located on the second floor, city side, with access by an external staircase.
It comprises :
- A bedroom with a 140 bed + storage. Velux window
- A second bedroom with a 140 bed + chest of drawers. Vélux window (For these 2 bedrooms, new bedding)
- A bathroom with bath / shower, sink with storage
- An independent toilet, washing machine
- A fitted kitchen area, with dishwasher (new), ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave oven, coffee makers, toaster, fridge (new) with freezer compartment, fondue, raclette / pierrade appliances, the all adjoining a living room with 1 convertible sofa of 140, a TV (new), DVD player, a table for 6 people; all overlooking a balcony with mountain views.

- A closed box in the basement where you can store Skis, sledges, bikes, summer equipment, etc ...
- Two private parking spaces.
- Night rentals possible outside school holidays. (Price of 2 nights minimum).
Our friends animals are not allowed, bedding, household, table and bathroom linen is not provided (possibility of renting bed linen sets 10 € / set) Finally, for everyone's comfort and respect of the following tenants, we must strictly refrain from smoking in the apartment
In any season, take advantage of this quiet little corner at appreciable prices from 210 € per week in low season.
