Located on the south side of the village, perfect for 1 to 4 people, it includes :

* South facing kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, oven, fridge with deep freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, open floor plan with induction cooker, extractor hood…a.s.o (complete list on demand).
* Dining area with large 8 seats table
* Living room with East facing balcony overlooking the Grand Bec and la Vanoise ; includes a 4 people sofa, 2 poufs, connected flat screen TV, internal channel with all the information of the residence, DVD Player.
* Free wifi access: with a network dedicated to our residences
* Independant toilets with handbasin

Sleeping area - second floor :

* Master room with king size 180 x 200 cm bed made with two separated 90 x 200 cm beds that can be put together or not.
* Private style shower room and toilets.
* Double room with king size 160 x 200 cm bed made with two separated 80 x 200 cm beds that can be put together or not.
* Private style shower room.
*In order to accommodate 1 more person (5 people max/apartment) - a sleeping arrangement in the living room with the convertible sofa bed 90 x 190 cm is possible within confirmation of the Residence.

For last minute reservations : by default, beds are prepared as double beds.

* Beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen provided.
* A cleaning service can be provided during your stay, on request with additional cost. Final cleaning included.
* Amenities such as iron and iron board, drying rack provided and baby equipment (travel cot, sheets, pillow, duvet, highchair…) could be provided on request (with an extra charge). Please request for them in advance.
* Pets on request with additional cost.
* Winter shared ski room and summer shared bikes and e-bikes place.
* Luggage room on request.
* Covered parking space (on request with additional cost).
* Winter free shuttle service next to the Residence, to village center and Olympe’s cable car.
