This air-conditioned house overlooking the bay of Santa Giulia offers you an exceptional panoramic view of the sea and Sardinia.
You will appreciate its small heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter.
It is composed as follows:
A living room with non-convertible sofa - 4 bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - 2 bathrooms with shower - 2 toilets - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A terrace.
It is also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture, deckchairs and free Wi-Fi connection.
Location: This house is located approximately 900 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Obligatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Final cleaning and laundry package (sheets and towels) are included.

Extras (on reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Baby bed: €10 per day.
- Beach towel: €10 per towel.
- Intermediate cleaning: €150.
- Late arrival (after reception closing hours): €20.
- Animal admitted on request only: €20 per animal per day.
