About This Property
Right in the center of the village of Roussillon, remaining calm, this 650 m2 building completely renovated with care in 2019, combining contemporary and old style, opens its doors to you for a colorful holiday.
Entrance is through a carriage gate located in a small lane in the village.
A magnificent old stone master staircase distributes the 2 floors where part of the bedrooms are located.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall, on the right side, a first living room with fireplace which links to Bedroom I (dormitory bedroom) composed of 4 single beds 90x200 with shower room and wc.
On the left side of the entrance, a large room consisting of a dining area and a sitting area with TV giving access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (US fridge, piano with 3 ovens, induction hobs , dishwasher, Nespresso…), a guest WC.
Access to bedroom II is through the living room, 160 x 200 bed with shared shower room and guest toilet.
First floor :
Bedroom III (Louver): 160 x 200 bed with shower room.
Bedroom IV (Paris): 160 x 200 bed with bathroom.
These two bedrooms share a toilet on the landing.
Bedroom V (Singer): 160 x 200 bed with shower room and wc included.
On the second floor:
Bedroom VI (Ethnic): 160 x 200 bed with bathroom.
Bedroom VII (Morocco): 160 x 200 bed with shower room.
These two bedrooms share a toilet on the landing.
Bedroom VIII (Industrial): 160 x 200 bed with shower room and wc included.
In the basement you will access two levels:
The first consists of the laundry room and Bedroom IX which is connected to Bedroom I by a small staircase and which shares its bathroom and wc, ideal for the nanny.
The second gives you access to the fully equipped summer kitchen with access to a magnificent terrace and the swimming pool, the HOME CINEMA room, as well as Bedroom X: 160 x 200 bed with separate shower room and wc.
All rooms are air conditioned except those located in the basement.
The terrace enjoys a magnificent view of the Ocres de Roussillon.
The 10 x 4 meter swimming pool (depth 1.40m linear) which can be heated, secured by an immersion alarm will be the ideal place to share good moments with family or friends.
The approximately 2 hectare site is partially enclosed.
At your disposal there is WIFI, a gas BBQ, a ping-pong table, 2 parking spaces.
Enjoying your meals or aperitifs on the terrace, you can admire the superb views of the Ochres against the backdrop of the Luberon.
