## Neighborhood

Located in a calm neighborhood a few steps away from the center, this flat is perfect to visit Annecy on foot. It will just take you a 10-min walk to reach the old city and discover the Castle, the Palais de l’Ile and their museum. In 15 min, following the nice path alongside the river, you will be able to stroll around the Europe Gardens and enjoy the calm of the lake. The nice Albigny Beach is only 30 min away by foot. You will also find numerous shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a fresh and local products market. Don’t miss Le Storia restaurant 8 min away following the riverside, or Le Freti traditional savoyard restaurant. At last, if you want to ski, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations are 26 km away.
