Fitness, sport or relaxation: the Val Thorens Sports Center offers many activities in a covered area of over 7,500m², open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. non-stop.
4 ranges for you: athletic (body aches, recovery, etc.), silhouette (a body to firm up, tone up, etc.), relax (stress, fatigue, etc.), fitness and energy (loss of vitality, muscle tension, etc.).
Trampolines, bouncy castles, ball pools, modules for children under 12 ... it's about children will never want to leave!
Tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, football, street basketball ... the hard part is to choose! Young and old are invited to work out. And every week, numerous tournaments are organized within the Center.
