New house built in 2018 of 170m2 in the center of Arbonne. The house consists of a large living room of over 60m2 with a living and dining room overlooking an open kitchen of over 20m2. The kitchen has a large central island with hob and is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge. In the cellar there is also a large freezer, a washing machine and storage.

The dining room has a large table (with extensions) or can eat 10 people.

The living room has a sofa with chaise longue.

On the ground floor is also a bedroom with a large 200x200 bed overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool as well as a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

With large picture windows, the house is very bright. The terrace of more than 50m2 extends the living room and offers a view of an 8x4m swimming pool with a depth of 1.50m (equipped with an electric submerged shutter for added security). On the terrace, on one side is a garden furniture and on the other side a large dining table with a plancha.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Each floor has a separate WC. The number of beds can go up to 10 people if necessary because the sofa in the living room is convertible (with a real mattress 2 places).

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Arbonne. Local shops within walking distance: bakery, mini-market, medical office, etc… and 5 minutes by car from supermarkets and shops. Biarritz train station is 3km, the airport is 5km, the beaches are 5km. Close to Biarritz, Saint-Jean de Luz (14km), Bidart (2km) and Guethary (7km) and 20km from Spain.
