LA MAISON DES BRUGUES is a light and bright architect house set at a glance from Sarlat city center. The shops and "modern" city is only 1km whilst the medieval city center, listed by the Unesco is 3km away.

Set all on the groundfloor, the house enjoys a spacious living room, a fully fitted kitchen and table to dine in, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 shower rooms , a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outside you will enjoy the heated pool, its fully enclosed garden (a dog can not escape), its large terrace with table and chairs to dine in, its area to play "pétanque" and private car park.

Set in the very center of the Dorodgne Golden Triangle it is the ideal base from which to explore the Black Perigord tresors.

* an open plan kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwaves...)
* a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron table are available in the garage.
On the opposite side of the entrance are the 3 bedrooms:
