Come and discover the southern Ardèche, its exceptional heritage (restitution of the Chauvet cave, its famous arch "the Pont d'Arc", its natural caves, its picturesque villages ...), swimming, descending the Ardèche in canoeing, and hiking will also allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation during your stay.
The air-conditioned cottage, for 2/4 people, with an area of 40 m2, ideally located in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc
(immediate proximity to all shops: restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical center, Intermarché) consists of:
- Ground floor: living room with sofa BZ 140/190, fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
- Floor: bedroom with 140/190 bed.
- Terrace on the garden with its furniture (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, pergola).
- Private parking space.
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival.
The cleaning price is 50 euros (if agreed jointly).
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented.
 2 ELECTRIC BIKES ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT.
