Discover this beautiful 30m² studio, bright and elegantly decorated, ideally located for your city stay.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The cosy living area has a comfortable sofa and an adjoining dining table, which is great for having a homemade meal.

It also includes a queen bed (160x200) made with complimentary hotel-quality linen. The wardrobe has storage space to make you feel at home.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine, a hob, a toaster, and a small oven, so you can easily prepare a tasty meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided. The apartment offers a washing machine for your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wifi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Between the main boulevards and the Place de la République, find the Rue d'Enghien located in a very lively district of Paris. Day and night, this street is always busy. You will find many bars, restaurants and museums to visit, notably the famous Grévin Museum where there are wax reproductions of famous people not to be missed! If you love picnics and walks, nothing better than the Quai de Valmy located a few meters away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
