Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this pleasant, comfortable 120 m² villa for your vacations. Recently renovated in 2023, it will charm you with its quality features! The villa is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of the Marina. It has 5 bedrooms sleeping 9 and a lovely outdoor area with deckchairs, swimming pool and jacuzzi. All within easy reach of the center of Cap d'Agde (10-15 min walk).

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
A large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, equipped with American fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee maker...
A central island for meals, a spacious living room with two corner sofas and TV, and a dining area.
A master bedroom (with access to the outside) with queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower, basin).
A bedroom adjoining the master suite, the nursery, with a cot and chest of drawers.
Separate WC
Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board (on request).

First floor:
One bedroom with queen-size bed and TV
One bedroom (1 night space separated into 2): one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 + one space with a single bed 90
A small bedroom overlooking the Marina with double sofa bed
A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

For added comfort, the owners have chosen to invest in the following equipment: extra cot, high chair, ironing board and iron, blender, electric mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, board games.

Exterior:
- An attractive wooden terrace with dining table and small aperitif area, accompanied by a beautiful garden with shock-absorbing flooring and deckchairs.
- A heated swimming pool available from April to October as well as a year-round heated Jacuzzi and barbecue.

Neighborhood :
With its exceptional location, this villa is situated on a small, private, secure island with access to a pebble beach and a pretty, shady park.
On foot, 10-15 min from the port of Cap d'Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, boutiques, main road as well as 10 min from Luna Parck and its discos and 10 min from Plage Richelieu.

Transportation :
You have 2 private parking spaces with a recharging bay for electric vehicles as well as storage for your bicycles.

Other comments:
- We have additional accommodation available in this residence, if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same location. We propose the following accommodations: Ares, Zephyr, Artemis, Le Littoral and the Dionysos. Each unit can be booked independently.
- Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost of €10 per person. Towels are not provided.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
