La Petite Arcachonnaise is located 250m from Eyrac beach and the marina, quiet and dead end, in the heart of the picturesque and lively Aiguillon district, in Arcachon.
Ideal for three adults and two children, it will seduce you with:
- its location, everything can be done on foot, restaurants, shops, beach, port.
- its tranquility, as it is located in a dead end.
- its high-end equipment, bedding and appliances (Nespresso, Magimix, Samsung).
- its decoration, a small cocoon.

The house is very functional, the kitchen, fully equipped, is open to a pretty living room, in summer colors, and overlooks an intimate terrace, facing south, covered by a shade cloth, where you can have lunch.
An electric barbecue is at your disposal.
The first bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed.
The master bedroom has a 160 × 200 bed and the adjoining bathroom.
A safe is at your disposal.

If you wish you can abandon the car and do everything on foot or by bike, you will be a few minutes walk from Arcachon beach, down the Tendel passage to reach the beach boulevard, food shops, marina, Le Zèbre café-theater, velodrome for summer concerts, restaurants, Baia buses serving animal and water parks, oyster ports, train station.

The little Arcachonnaise will be a real nest to spend your holidays.
The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided, we welcome you personally and are available during your stay.
