Beautiful small Basque house with 3 rooms for 4/6 people of 50m² comprising on the ground floor, a living / dining room equipped with a convertible sofa for two, a French window opening onto the terrace, an equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with WC. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with WC.

The kitchen area is equipped: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary utensils.

Shared swimming pool heated from April to September.
Restaurant open from April to October

The residence is located in one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France: La Bastide Clairence, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department (green and hilly landscape, roads across fields, farms here and there ...)
Only 30 minutes from the Basque coast and the Spanish border.
It is the ideal place to discover the Basque Country and its typical villages: Cambo les Bains, Espelette, Sare and St jean Pied de Port.
