Access is on one level (no floor), although on the first floor of the building: it gives on two interior courtyards, one with trees, which totally preserves the hubbub of the city.

The basic culinary elements (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, chocolate ...) as well as cleaning products are available.
Its interior layout is welcoming and functional: an entrance hall, a corridor, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom with two sinks, a large Italian shower with two shower heads, a WC, a large living room with open kitchen, living room with very comfortable sofa bed (real bedding). A folding child bed is available.
