Two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet, all on 40m2. A private parking space. A garden with two terraces. Quiet accommodation in a dead end, with pedestrian access to paths leading to the beach. Non smoking property. Animals are not allowed. Small consumables are provided. The linen can be offered for rent (15 euros per person per stay).
