It has:
1. A large 22m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen. (Combined oven / microwave, LV, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle)
2. A sitting area with TV, hi-fi system connectable by Bluetooth.
3. 2 bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed and a bedroom with a 140x190 BZ (possibility of making a cot available by folding the BZ)
4. A private bathroom with 80x80 shower, sink, washing machine.
5. A separate toilet.
6. A covered terrace of 15m² and a shaded terrace facing south-east with garden furniture and plancha.
-Activities in the village.
All year round: petanque, 2 tennis courts, badminton, Beach volleyball 1 Basketball court, mini-golf, children's playground, 1 soccer field. Ping pong table
From the beginning of June to the end of September, a 400m² swimming pool with separate pool for children, parasols and deckchair made available for swimming is supervised.
From early July to late August, bicycle rental directly on site in the village. A restaurant bar and an entertainment team for adults and children.

The ocean can be reached by bicycle about 3km via the magnificent Chêneraie park along the Landes Canal. Possibility of paddling, wind surfing, canoeing, pinnace visit to the basin with its oyster beds, bird island, access to Cap-Ferret and more.
Many cycle paths starting from the village will allow you to guide you to: Arcachon, the pyla dune, the Teich ornithological park, the horticultural ports of Larros and more where you can taste oysters with a glass of white wine.
