Family house on 2 levels with patio, terraced on all sides (please respect our neighbors :), renovated and furnished for 8 people.
In addition to the quiet area, you can park easily and for free in front of the house.
Near the canal and the Parc de la Colombière, it is the ideal starting point for the wine route or the owl route. So come ! :)

You will enter a large living room with dining and living area. Its 160 sofa bed allows an additional double bed.
You will also find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a renovated shower room and separate toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with sleeping 140 and storage.
The 1st floor offers a bedroom with single bed and / or mattress on the floor and can be used as a playroom.
A shower room with toilet in the basement, where you can also wash your laundry, completes this vast accommodation.
Finally, you can enjoy the small garden with its terrace.
Free and easy parking in front of the house.

-For everyone's comfort, this accommodation is non-smoking (no cigarettes or vapors) and we ask you to respect this.
We inform you that if you contravene this rule, you will have to pay an indemnity corresponding to the costs of cleaning and smoke extraction from the accommodation in the amount of 180 euros. We thank you for your understanding.

-A piano and a guitar are at your disposal for your pleasure. They are not toys and we ask you to respect these instruments, just like our neighbors (the house being twinned on all sides)! 😊
For the welfare of all, it is not allowed to play after 8 p.m.

-You will be 5 minutes walk behind the Colombière park (games for children, animals, jogging, ...) and the Burgundy canal.
