It is 5 minutes away from the ESF ski school and the childcare centre (3-5 years old), 3 minutes away from the shops and 2 minutes away from the slopes.
It is equipped with a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a TV, a shower room and a separate toilet.
The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa bed (140 cm) and the bedroom with a double bed (also 140 cm). Duvets are provided for both beds.

This apartment does not have an outside area.

Immediately accessible by elevator from the Teppes P1 parking garage.
