There is a 160cm bed in the living room opening onto the kitchen, a single bedroom, a bathroom, internet wifi and international TV. Ideal to rest between two tours of the city and in the heart of Sevillian life for your evenings.


You enter through the kitchen equipped with filter coffee machine, electric hob, fridge, kettle and microwave, on the right you have the terrace with its table bar.
The kitchen is open to the living room with the 160cm bed, its sofa, its TV and the dining table. There are two steps between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.

Then you arrive on the bedroom with the single bed and finally the bathroom with the shower and the washer-dryer.
Air conditioning for your comfort is available in the living room and bedroom.

We provide a large and a small towel per person and also a hairdryer is at your disposal.
