Our house was recently renovated. Ideally located 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the city center, it really allows you to do everything on foot (market every day).

The enclosed garden of 300 m2 offers the possibility of entering 2 cars and above all will allow children to play in a secure manner. A terrace at the front allows relaxing breakfasts with the rising sun. The large space at the back includes a large table (14 people) to accommodate barbecue and plancha for lunch and dinner.

The main house offers a large, very bright living room with corner sofa (convertible), dining room (extendable table 2m50) and well-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher).

A corridor makes it possible to acoustically separate the sleeping area. It distributes to separate toilets, a bathroom (double sink, washing machine, walk-in shower) and 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 bed
- bedroom 2: a 140 x 200 bed
- bedroom 3: 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

An outbuilding at the back of the plot hosts an additional bedroom (1 bed 140 x 200), a bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, WC) and a 25 m2 living room with a sofa bed.

This house is ideal for family vacations. Indeed, 2 umbrella beds are provided as well as children's chairs. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided.

Rental is only possible by the week (from Saturday to Saturday) in the medium and high season. Rental on shorter durations is possible in low season (minimum 2 nights).
