- A large bedroom with double bed 160x200 cms

- A 2nd large bedroom with double bed 140x200 cms and a single bed 90x190 cms
-A bathroom with shower and double sink.

Very pleasant garden with 2 large oak trees constituting a natural parasol.

1.5 km from the port of La Trinité and its beaches, near the Crach river
In high season, from July 14 to August 31, a free bus (trinibus) runs every fifty minutes, the stop is in front of the house and serves 16 destinations (port / city center, sailing school, beaches, etc.)
