Welcome to Mazet FELIX, a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool (7.5m x 4.5m) for 6 people: 4 rooms, 65 sqm + 25sqm terrace + 800 sqm garden. The house is located within a secure estate situated on one of the hills of Domaine de Valcros, composed of small houses, mostly semi-detached. The entire area is adorned with trees and flowers, featuring small squares and staircases resembling a village, with numerous pedestrian paths winding through a Mediterranean garden.

The Mazet FELIX has been designed to ensure total privacy: a terrace without overlooking neighbors, facing south, offers a superb panorama of the green hills surrounding the Massif des Maures, tranquil and serene.

A bright living room opens onto the terrace and a small equipped kitchen. A first bedroom with a Queensize bed (160*200) overlooks the living room, as does the second bedroom on the mezzanine (convertible sofa 140*200). A third bedroom with a bed (140*200) on the ground floor and overlooking the pool also provides access to the terrace. 1 bathroom, an outdoor shower, and 2 toilets (indoor and outdoor) are at your disposal.

For your comfort: TV, DVD player, WIFI, air cooler in the living room. In the residence, there is a shared pool open from 01/06 to 30/09 and 2 tennis courts (accessible with a key).

Additional charges on-site: Security deposit 1200€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 110€.
