Very nice house of 600m2 in Bergerac. Located in a 6 hectare park, in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the center. The house consists of 10 bedrooms, 10 shower or bath rooms, living room, dining room, winter garden, kitchen. All rooms are equipped with tv, mini bar, safe. A games room with pinball machine, billiards, table tennis, table football, and a 24-seat cinema.
The swimming pool is heated from April to October, with a locking system for security and a pool house with a summer kitchen. A tennis court and 2 pétanque courts are also available.
Staff can be requested on site at an additional cost.
Upon arrival, an inventory will be made and a deposit request will be required (Mandatory)
