Our villa, whose surface is 82 m², was completely renovated in 2005 and is fully air conditioned.

The garden of 480 m2 is surrounded by a hedge without any opposite which will allow you to enjoy the pool and deckchairs, in complete privacy.
A septuagenarian lime tree will offer you the possibility of taking all your meals on the shaded terrace even at the hottest hours of the day.

The dimensions of the pool are 3m x 7m and it is equipped with chlorine filtration.

It is a quiet residential area and ideally located. A bus stop, line 3 serving the city center, the Mourillon and Mître beaches is located 200 m from the house.

The sandy beaches of Toulon are a 10-minute drive away and have ample free parking.

You will find near the house a mini-market as well as a shopping place with everything you will need, bakery, butcher, cheese maker, early product, pharmacy, etc ...
Located at the foot of the Toulon hills, it is the countryside near the city center and the beaches!
